Our aim is to work closely with our customers to develop innovative solutions to their problems, to offer technical support of the highest standard, and to provide quality materials with an unrivalled degree of consistency.
We operate from a 55,000 square ft factory in Roydon near Kings Lynn, Norfolk. The plant consists of seven adjoining units which allow efficient product flow from raw material warehousing, through production, to quality control and finished goods storage. The factory is on a 5 acre site in a rural environment.
The production area consists of 15 resin blending vessels ranging in capacity from 150 litres to 25,000 litres. Each is dedicated to a specific type of resin, some have pressure facilities to allow the introduction of volatile components and others have vacuum and heating facilities to aid de-aeration of the resin. Most resin blending vessels are mounted on floor standing load cells accurate to within 0.2% and regularly calibrated.
Apart from a modern Quality Control laboratory, the plant contains a spacious and well-equipped Development Laboratory where new formulations are derived for all foam and elastomer applications.
Also part of the IFS Group, and based on the Roydon site, is Bollards International, which manufactures environmentally friendly polyurethane street furniture.
